Love Is a Treasure is a 55-minute film about the world of women who have developed psychoses. It consists of five episodes each telling the story of one woman. The episodes are based research and interviews but the stories and dialogue are fiction, combinations of different elements. —The Cinematic Works of Eija-Liisa Ahtila

During World War Two, two Japanese army soldiers, Fan from Macau and Zheng from Taiwan, observe the Japanese hiding treasure in the mountains of Malaya. They make a treasure map and keep half each. Later, Zheng’s brother finds out Fan has died. The film opens when Zheng’s brother goes to Macau to buy the other half of the map from his friend’s descendants, having sent his niece Shufen (Liu Qing) and son (Ba Ke) to wait for him in Malaya with their half. But after a series of double- crossings and betrayals, Shufen and the boy set off to search for the treasure alone, with the Macau triads and the police in hot pursuit. At their moment of greatest danger in the jungle, the Taiwanese Tarzan (Gao Ming) swings onto the scene to save them.

South Africa’s diamond king, Jue Gung, neglected his loved ones and decided to return to Hong Kong for the New Year. His family attempts to gain favor with him, in hopes of inheriting some of his wealth.

The main protagonist, Dara, lives with her husband, Rade Mitrović, in the vicinity of Obrovac, an area of typical Croatian rocky ground. They are the last authentic people of the area. He carves in the old-fashioned way, while she takes her flock of sheep and goats to graze in a pasture at the time when there is possibility of her flock being attacked by hungry wolves. She is very skilled in leading the flock, her dogs, in a special way. By the dog's behavior she knows that wolves are approaching and it enables her to save the flock, which is far from an easy task. This film follows the main protagonist's efforts to track down a lost sheep. She does this with careful investigation of all the relevant tracks of the lost sheep and despite sacrificing the time to do her household chores. This poetical documentary about eternal fight between good and wrong makes human existence uniquely miraculous.

Compared to the ostrich that disappears when humans avoid garbage and not see psychological. A short story during Jim's adventure at sea. He encounters a man at a bar who told a tail about a one-legged man. Thinking it's Silver who the man is referring too, Jim later asked him for details. The man told Jim that, near the coast Maratoran, Silver left the ship they were on went to the island on a small boat. Jim, who couldn't go at the time, left for Maratoran six years later. He met Silver's wife and son there.

Righteous mountain patrol officer Xin Lan (Esther HUANG) grows tiresome of the stable but repeated boring life, without realizing any of her dreams. She plans to break up with her boy friend Ah De (Ta SU) and leaves this place. But before the discussion of the breakup, Ah De tries to persuade Xin Lan to go up the mountains with his hunter buddy Dumas, in search of the valuable cypress that they stashed away from the wood thieves. The three of them run into artist Patrick Star, who tries to hang himself. To prevent him from committing suicide, they take him along and then rescue a newborn deer on the way. When they finally reach the spot of hidden cypress, Ah De is dumbfounded by what he sees. Xin Lan also feels that, as a patrol officer, she must follow the protocol and stop Ah-de’s illegal activities. The wood thief that stalks them also shows up, trying to take the cypress from them. With all of them fighting one another, how will this journey end?

A young boy Jampoll is spending the summer in his grandfather village where he fights criminals using his friends help.

Middle Ages, year 1077. In Nisos 2 the main actors return to the island following the rumours of a hidden treasure. During their "treasure hunt" a bunch of surprises and unexpected events await them.

Journalist Karel Chudoba visits the most famous sandwich shop in the Czech Republic. As he analyses the production process, interviews customers and eats several sandwiches (for research purposes), he realises that all may not be what it seems for both the sandwiches and for the film itself...
