Tiger Man Of Africa

A young man suspects his father's suicide was actually a murder committed by gangsters. Using his expertise in martial arts, he gets himself hired by the gangsters who he suspects are responsible for his father's death.

A horror film based on mysticism, Gumara comes to the village of Kumayan to become a teacher. He is also looking for his biological father. Since his arrival, he has to face many strange things. Even a visit to Lebai Karat causes Gumara to deal with a tiger demon. Fortunately, Harwati, the daughter of Lebai Karat, comes to help. Then it is learned that Gumara has a similar power to hers. Harwati falls in love with Gumara, and so does his smartest student, Pita Loka. It is later discovered that Gumara is the illegitimate child of Lebai Karat. Gumara wants to conquer the power of the tiger demons. Learning this intention, six other tiger demons get involved. Five of them attack Gumara, who is defended by his father, Lebai Karat. Within its genre, this film might be considered one of the best.

Man of Iron was positioned as something of a follow-up to Boxer From Shantung, the rise-and-fall story of Ma Yung Chen and it reunites the directors and some of the cast in a similar but much slighter tale of a lesser gangster's rise and fall in Shanghai. While the opening narration specifically recalls the events and tragic conclusion of BOXER, this one is set 20 years later in the same section of Shanghai but otherwise has nothing to do with the events or characters of the previous film.

Don Won's father dies and his home is burned, so he decides to go off to learn kung fu. 10 years later in the city of Taipei, Don interferes with the Tongs while defending his best friend.The gangsters swear that Don can never hide, they’ll find him and kill him. Don's mom gives him money that she saved and tells him to go to America where he'll be safe, but it's not enough, so he ends up in Hong Kong and the gangsters catch up to him again.
