A hilarious mashup of two beloved television formats that pits comedians and celebrities against each other for the title of “Best Guest of the Night.” Celebrity guests become contestants as they compete in various talk show-inspired challenges and are judged by a comedic panel who awards points and roasts their performances.

The special program will gather the cast members who made “The Red Sleeve” shine including 2PM’s Lee Junho, Lee Se Young, Lee Deok Hwa, and more. In addition, to showing behind-the-scenes clips, bloopers, and the viewers’ favorite scenes, the actors will personally answer questions from viewers received via social media. The cast will also showcase a new side to their chemistry that wasn’t shown in the drama while playing a game together.

Dr Sheila Carlin is good friends with Della who calls Perry in when she is being pestered by someone. On the theory that it could be somebody that she works with at a radio stations she arranges Perry to be interviewed by Winslow Keene who is also the station's owner. Winslow enrages the rest of the talk show hosts on the station by informing them of changes that he is making to their time slots. That night, Winslow is shot by a hit man hired by someone at the station and Sheila is set up for the murder. She calls in Perry and as usual Perry, Della and Ken swing into action to find out who really did it.

The show started in 2004 during Big Brother 5 with Marcellas Reynolds as host/co-host, and became quite popular. House Calls aired during the fifth through tenth seasons of Big Brother.
