A boy is obsessed with the comic book hero Zhong Kui, an eccentric ghost catcher armed with a magic sword and sack. Disguised as Bun-ei, Choji enters a forgery foundry, confronting Ginbei. With fireworks timed like lightning, Choji seizes and binds the gang, foiling their plans.
