While uninjured, Mario's bicycle is destroyed, and Pierfrancesco's sciatica flares up, making it impossible for him to drive. With both of their jobs in jeopardy, the doctor has an idea that could help them both: “remotely guided” by Pierfrancesco via wireless headset, Mario will visit his patients, and they’ll also carry out Mario’s delivery in Pierfrancesco’s car. After a range of daring (mis)adventures, they will learn to support each other, and the night will end with their lives both changed for the better.

While Mingmueang films his lastest work on an idillic island, the film crew is mistaken for federal agents undercover to observe the movements of local drug dealing. What should have been a smooth shoot, therefore, ends up being bogged down by accidents including a brutal fall from a jeski that leaves his ears ringing. At the hospital, he meets Dr. Namning. With every encounter, they're bound to get into some kind of quarrel. The two clash repeatedly until it's Mingmueang's heart that's in critical condition, not his ears.

The Doctors is a British television series, produced by the BBC between 1969 and 1971. The series was set around a general practice in North London and leading cast members included: Justine Lord, Nigel Stock, Barry Justice, Richard Leech, Isla Blair and Lynda La Plante. Nigel Stock's character, Dr. Thomas Owens, was the lead in a later spin-off series, Owen, M.D., which aired between 1971 and 1973. Theme music to Owen, M.D. was "Sleepy Shores" by the Johnny Pearson Orchestra.
