Hot Wheels was a thirty-minute Saturday morning animated television series broadcast on ABC from 1969 to 1971, under the primary sponsorship of Mattel Toys.

Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 is an American/Canadian 3D CGI television series created by Mattel, Nelvana, and Nerd Corps Entertainment. A two-episode preview aired on the Cartoon Network in the United States on August 24, 2009. In Cartoon Network India it is starting from April 30, 2010 and in Cartoon Network Philippines on July 3, 2010. The series made its official debut on August 29. According to a HotWheels.com page as of July 14, 2010 describing "BATTLE FORCE 5 Battle Action Assortment" toys, Vehicles combine forces to create even more powerful combat machines. The second season began airing September 18, 2010. The first trailer for the series was released on the official Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 website on June 25, 2009. The first two episodes aired on Monday, August 24. This is the fourth production by Nerd Corps Entertainment, following Storm Hawks, League of Super Evil, and Dragon Booster.

Two girls turn down two boys for more prosperous, motorized dates. In anger, the two teenage boys steal a car, booze up and accidentally meet up with the girls. The drivers of the two cars challenge each other, and a wild race starts that ends up with a horrifying accident. A fictional film, it dramatizes a situation where pride, alcohol and wheels combine with disastrous results.

The two teams become even more strained when the Metal Maniacs get a new leader. Meanwhile, the Acceleracers and the Racing Drones face challenges while competing in the Racing Realms with a new, mysterious opponent.

Two rival race teams, the Teku and the Metal Maniacs, are recruited by Dr. Peter Tezla to race in the fantastic Racing Realms and retrieve the all-powerful AcceleChargers before they fall into the hands of the deadly Racing Drones. Our drivers race through the Storm and Swamp Realms.

The Teku and the Metal Maniacs put aside their usual competitive instincts and work together in order to save a fellow driver and the AcceleChargers, which are in danger of falling into the hands of the evil Racing Drones.

Hot Wheels AcceleRacers is an animated series of movies by Mattel. It is computer-animated, produced by Mainframe Entertainment out of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, which also produced ReBoot and distributed by Warner Bros. Available on DVD and VHS, it has also been shown on Cartoon Network's Toonami. The show takes Mattel's Hot Wheels toy cars and puts them in a ReBoot-like situation, with racing somewhat reminiscent of Tron. This is a sequel series to Hot Wheels World Race. Both shows take place in California. A soundtrack was distributed by Sony BMG and toys were sold in stores and given away in McDonald's Happy Meal.
