As Genesis and I were working on the documentary film "Change Itself” (released in 2016), we agreed that it would be great to also have Genesis reading poetry in the film. One clip was eventually used. "Write Your Own Code" contains all of the material we shot in Oslo, Norway, 2014. These sessions also became the creative ignition for the spoken word album we made together in 2017, and which was released in 2019 by Ideal Recordings: "Loyalty Does Not End With Death." I have left the casual tone of the sessions, including some mishaps, as untouched as possible. Write Your Own Code! – Carl Abrahamsson, 2021
Come Rain or Shine is an unusually frank and humorous music documentary about the band Genesis getting back together for their first tour in 15 years. Director Anthony Mathile followed the band for nearly a year to create this film which explores the relationship of three band members and the mechanics, decisions, and debacles that go into producing a stadium tour for a legendary band of this scale. This "rockumentary" was released as part of the "When in Rome" boxset, that was released in 2008 as a registration of the live show that Genesis performed in Rome, the last show in their European tour. The camera accompanies Genesis through all periods of tour preparation, from the first rehearsals in New York to the moment in autumn 2007 when the final bars of The Carpet Crawlers fade away.

Oil Capital Underground is filled with rare live footage, flyers, photos and interviews with many of the colorful musicians, promoters and club owners discussing the music, personalities and social climate of the time.

Genesis' *"...Calling All Stations..."* (1997) stands out as a bold and atmospheric departure for the band, introducing vocalist Ray Wilson after Phil Collins' departure. In 5.1 surround sound, the album takes on new depth, with tracks like *"Congo"* and the title track *"Calling All Stations"* immersing listeners in expansive, layered soundscapes. The surround mix highlights Tony Banks' lush keyboards, Mike Rutherford’s driving guitar and bass lines, and Wilson’s haunting vocals, creating an enveloping experience that brings out the moody, introspective quality of the music. This surround version reveals the complexity and richness of Genesis' last studio album, inviting fans to revisit its powerful sound.

When Peter Gabriel, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford joined forces in the late sixties, their intentions were not to be recording artists but rather songwriters. That initial plan soon fell by the wayside when they secured a record deal and became Genesis, progressing from the underground scene with such albums as "Trespass" and "Nursery Cryme," to become household names with the addition of drummer/singer Phil Collins and such chart topping albums as "We Can't Dance" and "Invisible Touch." By talking to the individual members of the group, discover what they consider to be their favorite Genesis songs, and why certain songs have a special place in the Genesis story. Song include: I Can't Dance, Invisible Touch, Follow You Follow Me, The Musical Box, Supper's Ready, I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe), The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, Afterglow, Misunderstanding, Turn It On Again, Mama, Land of Confusion.
