Just For the Record locates San Antonio, Ann Arbor, Oakland, and New York City as locations where Tyranny’s compositions and collaborations developed. Filmmaker David Bernabo takes a deep dive on the recently reissued Out of the Blue and the long lost Trust In Rock concert, on the long-gestating audio storyboard The Driver’s Son, and Robert Ashley’s Perfect Lives. Interwoven with discussions on Tyranny’s music is a conversation about the nature of reissues and how distribution is survival for many aging musicians. Throughout the documentary, Bay Area filmmaker K. O. Beckman’s films with Tyranny, dating back to the 70s, provide rarely-seen performances and video projects. The film features conversations with Tyranny, composer/musicians Joan La Barbara, Peter Gordon, Kyle Gann, David Grubbs, Philip Perkins, Jeff Berman, and Bill Ruyle, writer Nicole Gagne, artist Pat Oleszko, and Unseen Worlds owner Tommy McCutchon.

The massive Aliyah from the former USSR left an indelible mark on Israeli society. However, their integration into Israeli society was not without challenges and sacrifices. The film captures the profound narrative of the monumental exodus from the Soviet Union to Israel during the 1990s, as seen through the eyes of the "Generation 1.5": those who were born in the USSR and immigrated to Israel as children or teenagers. Now, three decades later, fully assimilated adults, they grapple with their identity and sense of belonging in their adopted homeland. They contemplate the discrimination and racism experienced, the compromises made by them and their parents for assimilation, and question whether the profound life-altering shift was indeed worthwhile.

The lure of Thailand's Ladyboys is so strong that many men will leave behind everything and everyone they know to be with them. This fascinating series follows two expats, Scott and David, and their ladyboy loves. Scott moves to Thailand to join his fiancé, Paeng, after a three year long-distance relationship. David introduces his ladyboy girlfriend, Annie, to his son and insists he is straight.

The documentary chronicles the genocide of the Greeks, and other indigenous Christians, at the hands of the Ottoman and Nationalist Turks. Nearly a million Greeks were killed, while millions more were uprooted from their ancestral homelands in Asia Minor "Turkey", Pontos, and Eastern Thrace as part of the Turks' campaign of ethnic cleansing of its Christian populations. The Genocide also annihilated the Armenian and Assyrian Christians. This tragic event, the first Genocide of the 20th century, has been kept silent for 100 years. The voices of those martyred will no longer be silent. This documentary has been in the making for the last 8 years. It has been a laborious journey and a major project of the Asia Minor and Pontos Research Center.
