Fondant Garden is a 2012 Taiwanese drama starring South Korean singer Park Jung Min and Taiwanese actor/actresses Jian Man Shu, Kingone Wang, and Lia Lee. The series was first broadcast in Taiwan on free-to-air China Television from 24 February and on-going for 16 episodes.

In a dramatic context, the events of the series deal with the changes of the social relations between the Shazli family members and its head, Mahmoud, from the Royal era until the events of 1952.

So-hee, who enjoys a blissful life with her loving husband, and a baby on the way, wakes up in bed to find her husband hung himself right above her. Before she can process his death and the shock that caused her to lose her baby, she discovers that her husband left her a house in a remote area. How come she never knew about this place? This mysterious house has everything the couple hoped for in their dream house, but once the glamor wears off, an eerie feeling remains. As So-hee feels that a strange presence is going after her life, she begins to get suspicious and believes this house has something to do with her husband’s death. The more she doubts, the more strange things happen.

In each episode, two garden and landscape builders present concepts for the conversion to a family. The focus is clearly on cheap alternatives to expensive building materials or plants. This shows how existing materials can be recycled. Under the guidance of the garden professional, whose concept is preferred by the owners, the family is actively involved in the renovation.

Abraham, an old man, has a fruit garden in Jerusalem that is threatened by a number of people who want to buy him out or chase him off.
