Unprepared for this situation, Gu Yun Su became her mother's caregiver during the high-risk pregnancy, residing with her determined mother, a stepfather she barely knew, and a non-biological brother. Together, they navigated a series of heartwarming family stories. Amid these challenges, Gu Yun Su developed a unique bond with Dr. Xu Wen Bin, the overseeing physician for her mother's pregnancy, and their relationship blossomed into a warm companionship. This film is constructed from the diary films of Zoltan Bartos, amateur filmmaker and composer of popular dance music. Shot from the 1920s through the middle of the 1950s, the film reflects both private and official history.
