Eyes On The Prize

A movie about the life of Lars Winnerbäck.

In March 1977, six activists of the Movement for the Liberation of abortion and contraception (MLAC) were tried for the illegal practice of abortion. Around the trial, the film reveals the lives of this group of women proposing to appropriate medical knowledge associated with childbirth and abortion.

In this unique combination of documentary narration and magic realism, the authors present poignant accounts of those who witnessed the Warsaw Uprising as children. Halinka was saving cats and dogs. ‘Kazimierz’ was watching American B-17 Flying Fortress bombers fly over the city. ‘Hipek’ was a member of the scouting team of canal rats. Jureczek was 9 and he was the youngest soldier sworn in by the Home Army. He served in the district of Mokotów and was hiding in cellars after its defeat.

Alexander Litvinov belongs to the generation of Russian clerks. Glossy magazines impose on him a lifestyle that he cannot afford, the environment demands success and professional ambitions from him. Alexander's real estate career is not going very well, the last chance to improve things is to get a piece of land that once belonged to a pioneer camp.

Between 2014 and 2017, Luis Ospina and Lina González made a series of travels through some Asian countries; perhaps the antipodes of their symbolic world. These travels started a series of records, articulated in a kind of travel log in the style of a modern Marco Polo. This film moves between the gaze of the filmmaker and that of the tourist, at the same time it revitalizes the question for the other in a globalized age, with omnipresent screens. In this posthumous film, Ospina casts his regard on small details, be it common habits or exceptional events.

This early HIV/AIDS film uses the popular and compelling narrative format of the telenovela to illuminate the effects of AIDS on a cross-section ofthe Latino community in Northern California. Different families and individual characters address complex issues such as sexual practice, sexual identity, and drug use in the family. Touches upon safer sex, male homosexuality and bisexuality, and does well representing several Spanish-language idioms. Allows for the development of an elaborate story encouraging honesty and cultural survival as well as self-criticism within the Latino community.

A child is with his grandmother in a hospital. Since she can't go out to see the stars, he devises a fantastic plan to bring a starry sky to her cold hospital room.

Hessan is a Syrian poet and the father of four blind daughters. He hides the war from his kids. He has been invited to attend a poetry forum, but taking the girls out and confronting them with the effects of war is a challenge.

A journey is an emotional path, never isolated from external reflections. The eye is led by others. The body seeks to extend itself, reflected. Places are changing.

A teenage girl believes she never dreams, or otherwise doesn't remember any of her dreams; apparently, they are too dull to be worth keeping. But in the course of a single day at home, time will pass like a dream. And when she opens her eyes, she will find that her waking life, outside the world of her empty dream state, is a much lovelier place to be in.

ORβIT, now a complete seven-member group, will release their long-awaited new single "Bull's Eye" on January 31st (Wednesday)! To commemorate this occasion, Space Shower TV will be broadcasting the ORβIT "Bull's Eye" special on February 21st (Wednesday) at 22:00. In the individual interviews where they looked back on their activities up until now, they spoke about various feelings in response to questions such as "Thoughts on ORβIT, a complete group of seven members," "Activities as five ORβITs," and "What kind of existence is ORβIT?" ing. We will unravel the work they have produced, including the charm of their first new single "Bull's Eye", written by JUNE, and the behind-the-scenes stories behind its production, as well as the music video shoot. We also sneaked into the valuable rehearsal for the 7-member's first tour "ORβIT LIVE THE BEST 2024" which will be held from February 14th to April 30th.
