Dragon

Based on Zhang Muye's novel "Fire God from Jiuhe". The story takes place in the Jiuhe city in the middle of the Republic of China. The thief Qian Buer accidentally obtained the identity of a police detective and was determined to rescue the junior thief who was arrested in the detective agency. Zhang Lisan encountered a difficult petrochemical case when he took office. A contractor was "cursed" after demolishing the Huoshen Temple and became a stone statue in full view. Then the "curse" of Vulcan spread throughout the city.

Tycoon, Tang Shih Hai, rules most of the businesses in Hong Kong. Many of his officials have been assassinated. Since Tang's only son, Champ, is lazy, Tang appoints Cheng as his general manager, not knowing that he's a member of the feared ICG (International Criminal Group).

Old school action takes center stage as two scoundrels get in and out of trouble using kung fu. Yuen's action is not yet stylized but the pacing and intensity are there, setting the stage for his future masterpieces.

Action-drama set during the 1904 occupation of Korea (by Japan). An incident is sparked when the Japanese force the Korean soldiers to strip off their uniforms. Two of the Korean soldiers refuse and go on a rampage against the Japanese, forcing them to take their uniforms off.
