A short piece involving the Third Doctor, drawn and animated entirely in the anime style of the 1980s (ala Bubblegum Crisis, Macross, etc.) by sometimes-controversial translator/artist Paul "OtaKing" Johnson. As the entire project (background art and hundreds of frames worth of actual animation) was undertaken by a single person, the piece was only twelve and a half minutes long. To this end, Johnson opted to present it in a kind of "next time" episode trailer format, evoking the feel of a teaser for a Doctor Who animation if one had been produced in Japan during the peak of the country's economic boom.

Kojiro Himuro is a champion figure skater taking part in an upcoming world competition. Yet, he is suffering from a complicated CTEPH (chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension). Kantaro Kurosu is the director of the Cross Medical Center. He asks Michiko Daimon to perform surgery on Kojiro, but, right before his surgery, she is deprived of “the most important weapon as a surgeon.”

One morning, Tom’s dad the vet has had enough of it and goes fishing. Little Tom decides to replace him in his job at the zoo. When a lion is in urgent need of an ice-cream, Tom sets out to buy it, but he leaves his things in the cage. The guards think he was eaten by the lion and overall panic follows. In the end she also fights herself, trying to figure out how much more she will continue to work while young doctors keep emigrating from Croatia on daily basis. An elderly patient claims to have had a dream about death. The doctor does everything possible to ease his death, and suddenly the phone rings - his wife reports from the stock exchange that the shares in which all the money was invested have fallen sharply, and they urgently need to be sold. Gradually, a strange metamorphosis occurs with the doctor... And now it is no longer clear for whom death came in the dream...
