Aperçu: Rome, 753 BC Romulus and Remus think where to found the city: Romulus would like to found it in the south for the beauty of the coast, Remus to the north for the abundance of women. After a failed attempt to clone Totò (Giorgio Panariello), he receives a letter from Milan. Going there, Giorgio Mastrota invites him to take part in his plan: furious that the Romans also run Milan (the president of the region is Edoardo Pederzoli, father of Giangi and agent of the Copulati), plans to turn Rome into a gigantic moon Park for the rich.
